At first I had problems too, with the age verification.It said it could not verify my address. I first listed my p.o. box, it did not say no po boxes accepted, but when I changed it and listed my street address, it went right thru. Maybe that will help! Good Luck!

Couldn't verify age, even though I am about to be 29. Verification help said if you were married or moved in the last 6-9 months there could be a problem. I have been married for 5 years (name didn't change) and have lived in my house for over 1 year.

i didnlt have a problem getting them to get my age and vertify it at all. i am going to be on the panel hopefully i will get some soon

It wouldn't verify my age either and I am 31. I contacted Customer Support through the "Contact Us" link at the bottom. We'll see what happens. I'll post and answer here if I hear back. Bummer.

it wouldnt verify my age either. i tried all the tips, used the address on my license and I'm 36. i even tried to put in my 30 yr old boyfriends name whos license is all correct and up to date. we're also members of newport and marlboro for a decade or more. oh well.

worked fine for me! I found this for age verification hints & tips When entering a physical mailing address, make sure it is your legal home address. Also, if you have moved in the last 6-8 months, you may want to enter your previous address for age verification then change it once membership is complete. If you are recently married and your maiden name has changed in the last 3-6 months, try using your maiden name first.
