If you don't meet the shipping minimum you can expect to pay an affordable flat rate of $5 for standard shipping. Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are typically shipped within 1-2 days and arrive in 7 to 8 business days. Lulus also has affordable expedited shipping. I recently paid only $9 to get a formal dress in 3 days.

Lulus wants you t be satisficed with your purchase, but sometimes an item just doesn't work out. Shopping online has a ton of benefits but you can't try on the clothes like in a physical store. Exchanges are free for size changes of the same style within 21 days, if available, while returns must also be postmarked within 21 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags. You will have to pay a $2 restocking fee unfortunately. However, shipping is free for returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. However, be careful when ordering final sale items as these are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
