This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.
By using MySavings.com, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including the
privacy policy.

We are committed to your privacy, and we value your trust. Our Privacy Policy, which may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement. Please read our

USER ACCOUNTS
A user MUST provide accurate and truthful information when creating and updating their account information. It is the responsibility of each user to maintain the accuracy of their account information by keeping it up to date. Users are permitted to have ONLY ONE user account and ONE username on MySavings.com.
ACCOUNT ACCESS AND SECURITY
It is solely your responsibly for maintaining security for your own account. We will not be liable for any losses incurred through the access of your account by a third party or the disclosure of your account, login, or password.
ACCOUNT CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
MySavings reserves the right to terminate a user's account, access, and all membership privileges to the Site without notice and for ANY reason, including but not limited to: (1) account inactivity for 90 days or more (2) inaccurate or outdated account information (3) suspected fraudulent and or illegal behavior of the user (4) complaints from other site users or moderators about a user's behavior (including but not limited to harassing, offensive, or inappropriate behavior) (5) any infraction of these terms and conditions or (6) any other reason that we see fit at in our sole discretion. If a user account is terminated by MySavings, then MySavings reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse and terminate future Site access and accounts of that user indefinitely.
A user may terminate his or her own user account at any time and for any reason by logging into the "My Account" section on the Site. If a user cancels their own account at their own will and without any infraction of the terms and conditions of use of the Site, they may create a new account at a later time or request that their account be reinstated.
MYSAVINGS REWARDS PROGRAM
MySavings gives You (“Participant”) the opportunity to earn points that can be redeemed for rewards via the MySavings Rewards program (“MySavings Rewards”).
Eligibility: You must be age 13 years or older to participate and reside in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia or New Zealand. Participation is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Persons under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. By becoming a User of MySavings.com, You agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (“Terms”). No purchase is necessary to participate in the MySavings Rewards Program.
Earning Points: Points can be earned in MySavings Rewards by participating in certain activities (“Activities”), as described on MySavings.com. If you choose to participate and follow the instructions associated with an Activity, upon satisfying all of the requirements of the Activity, you will be awarded the points associated with completing that Activity so long as MySavings is able to properly track your valid and completed point-earning Activities. For avoidance of doubt, MySavings shall not be responsible for, nor shall MySavings be obligated to award points or rewards to Participants for, any Activity that is not properly recorded, tracked and/or deemed approved under MySavings Rewards policies, procedures and systems. There may be limitations on Activities and rewards, so please be sure to review all applicable terms before deciding whether or not you would like to participate. Some of the limitations on Activities and rewards include (without limitation), our right to change or limit your ability to participate in certain Activities or MySavings Rewards itself; our right to change or limit the allowable frequency of Activities; our right to change or limit the number of points you can earn for a given Activity or during a given time period; and our right to change the Activities or rewards available, or the number of points required for a particular reward. Points awarded have no cash value.
Redeeming Points: You may redeem points that you have earned for rewards offered in MySavings Rewards pursuant to this Agreement and any applicable terms. Supplies may be limited. Rewards may be awarded on a first-come, first-serve and while-supplies-last basis. If you attempt to redeem points for a reward and MySavings determines that the reward is unavailable, out of stock, or for whatever reason cannot be provided to you, MySavings may, at its sole and absolute discretion, provide you with a reward of equal or greater value. No credit, reversal, or refund of points will be issued for any reason after points have been redeemed; in other words, once you order a reward, you may not cancel the reward or return the reward for a refund of points. The only way to use points is to redeem them for MySavings Rewards rewards as available from time to time through MySavings.com. Some rewards may have eligibility requirements and in that case MySavings reserves the right to verify your identity (by requesting photocopy of your driver’s license or state ID card, or other proof as we may require) and eligibility qualifications to our complete satisfaction prior to crediting points or fulfilling any reward in MySavings Rewards, or otherwise providing you with any benefit.
Delivery of Rewards: Rewards may be emailed to your email address or mailed to a postal address, as applicable, that you provided when you registered and created an user account (“Account”), or to the email or postal address that our records show your Account was last updated to reflect. Processing times may vary. Rewards that are undeliverable or unclaimed for whatever reason (including, without limitation, because your Account information is incorrect or outdated) may be forfeited, and the points will not be refunded.
MySavings Rewards Points Nontransferable: MySavings Rewards points are nontransferable, may not be bartered or sold, and are void if a transfer is attempted, and such points and the associated Account are not transferable upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law.
Inactive Accounts & Points Expiration: Any Account that has not been logged into for one (1) year or more may be deemed inactive and the Account closed and all points forfeited. We may modify our inactive Account rules and policies in MySavings Rewards from time to time, and if your Account becomes inactive pursuant to such then-current rules or policies, we may close your Account, without any compensation or further obligation to you.
MySavings may limit, suspend or terminate your ability to participate in MySavings Rewards in its sole and absolute discretion, and may void any points, rewards, or potential rewards you may have earned or accumulated in MySavings Rewards, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have not complied with this Agreement or any applicable terms. You agree to abide by the final and binding decisions of MySavings regarding MySavings Rewards and your participation in it. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or cancel all or a portion of MySavings Rewards, including any points you may have accrued, at any time without prior notice to you.
SUBMISSIONS
All suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts and other information that you may from time to time post on the Site or submit to us (collectively, "Submissions") shall be deemed and shall remain our sole property and shall not be subject to any obligation of confidence on our part. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall be deemed to own all known and hereafter existing rights of every kind and nature regarding the Submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.
EDITING, DELETING, MOVING, MODIFICATION
MySavings reserves the right at our sole discretion, for any reason, and without notification to delete, edit, or move any information on the Site or any information posted or provided by any user anywhere on the Site.
ACCURACY AND SUITABILITY OF CONTENT
MySavings makes no representations about the accuracy, quality, content, suitability, or legality of any materials provided on the Site or any other materials which are referenced by or linked to on the Site for any purpose. UPDATES TO THIS AGREEMENT
This Agreement may be modified by MySavings from time to time, with or without notice to you. You accept any modification by using the Service after the modifications have become effective. If you object to any modification, your sole remedy is cancellation of your account.
