Close the kitchen and make it a pizza night! Not only do the kids love pizza, but taking the night off from cooking is a huge motivating factor too, right? Pizza Hut is one of our favorites and we can enjoy it without breaking the bank, and even better when there are pizza coupons available! That’s why I’ve gathered all the deals, ins and outs, and tasty tricks you need to know when enjoying pizza, breadstick, and wings!
Hut Rewards
The ultimate way to enjoy Pizza Hut regularly is to be a member of their rewards program. When you join the free rewards program, Hut Rewards, you'll get points with every qualifying purchase. Before you know it, you’ll receive enough points for food rewards ranging from free sides and desserts to free pizza.
Let’s look at the perks:
- Earn 2 points for every $1 spent on food and drinks, including delivery fees. (Taxes, tips, donations, and third party deliveries are excluded.) Points expire after 6 months of inactivity. As long as you remain active in the program by earning points and/or redeeming points, they will never expire. Do note you cannot redeem points in stores. Redemptions can only be made online for carry out or delivery.
- Get early access to new products and free or discounted items. Think of it like an insider’s club, you get first dibs.
- Checkout fast by saving your payment and address preferences. It also notes your orders. This is great if you have a meal that you want to quickly duplicate.
- Celebrate with a special reward on your birthday! This may change from year to year, but I recently had a birthday and I got the choice of 5 breadsticks with marinara or 10 cinnamon sticks with icing dip.

Reward options are subject to change over time. And I wanted to reiterate, that as long as you remain active in the program by earning points and/or redeeming points, they will never expire. So you can bank them and save up for that large pizza!
The Pizza Hut App
The Pizza Hut App is the best way to access all your Hut Rewards benefits. The menu, coupons, rewards, and more are right at your fingertips. You can save your favorites to make ordering easier, customize your meals the way you like them, and start racking up the points every time you make a qualifying purchase.
Since your Hut Rewards cannot be redeemed in the store, the app is the perfect way to track and redeem with a tap! (Redemptions can only be made online for carry out or delivery.) It’s the best place to utilize your birthday treat as well.
The app is great for easy ordering too. Set it up to have it delivered, or just order ahead and skip the wait with pick up. It even saves your orders for future reference. Add your payment right on the app too. Convenience is the name of this app game!

Pizza Hut Book IT Program
One of my favorite things about Pizza Hut is their BOOK IT program. What’s better than getting kids to READ and earn a FREE Pizza!? Yeah, nothing!
The BOOK IT program is available for homeschool, summer, and classrooms. The concept is simple. Set monthly reading goals for your students, Pre-K through sixth-grade. When they meet their goal, recognize them with a Reading Award Certificate, good for a free one-topping Personal Pan Pizza Hut pizza.
Students may redeem one Reading Award Certificate per month, and the certificate must be used to reward the student who earned it. The student must be present. When a child redeems their Reading Award Certificate with Pizza Hut, they are celebrated with a one-topping Personal Pan Pizza.
